I AM THE RESISTANCE; jane avery
In the 21st century I was born, the Third World War had just ended, and many people had been murdered; Libria rose among the ashes as the most, and only, civilized city-state. All I have ever known was a strict government that forces it's people to take a sedative, which is called Prozium, and is used to subdue their emotions to where they feel nothing - therefor elimating the possibility of war.

My name is Jane Avery, my parents were both killed as sense-offenders by John Preston two years ago.. That's when I was found by the Underground, the Resistance, whatever you want to call them - they're a group of people that hoarde things considered contraband, and use them to enlighten those that can finally feel. I met Errol Partridge through them, and learned to care for him, it was misery that gripped me when he died.

Despite the Tetragrammaton Council tries it's best to elimate us, we still thrive, we live, we breathe, we feel.

I have made it my mission to end this horrible government, I have made it my mission to save those than can feel, I have made it my mission to...feel. I cry, I laugh, I hurt, I hate, I love...I am the Resistance. I am a sense-offender.

Jane Avery is an Original Character set in the verse of 'Equilibrium', which is a 2002 movie starring Christian Bale. I am not Sienna Miller, she's just lovely.
